January 25, 2012 – EWW Awarded Pennvest Loan

The Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority Board awarded the Erie Water Works an $8,915,618 low interest loan at their January 25th board meeting. The loan will be used for the construction of a storage tank and the installation of 1,580 feet of transmission main at 40th and Davison Road in the City of Erie. Work will also include the complete rehabilitation of the Johnson Pump Station located at 36th and Page streets.
