Payment Methods

Customers of the Erie Water Works have several options to choose from when paying their quarterly water, sewer and refuse bills.

1. Mail-in Water or Water/Sewer Payments

4. Easy Draft ACH Direct Debit Program

Have your quarterly payment automatically withdrawn from your bank account on the due date. You can find the easy draft application on the back of your quarterly bill statement.

5. Call-in Payments

Call the EWW Customer Service Departments @ 814.870.8000 ext. 71 and make your payment over the phone via e-check or debit/credit card.

6. Website Payment

Visit our web payment option and select your preferred method of web payment options (e-check or debit/credit card).

7. Walk-in Payments

Pay in-person at our administrative offices, located at 340 West Bayfront Pkwy.

8. Pay Station Payments

Make a payment at one of our remote pay stations. All ErieBank locations.
