* To calculate the cost for other home functions, simply take a water meter reading before and after the use of water for the function.  Subtract the before meter reading from the after meter reading to determine the amount of cubic feet of water used for that particular function.  Multiply the number of cubic feet used by .0207 (the Year 2007 cost of one cubic foot of water) to get the cost of the water you used in that function.
